The apartments are normally rented from Saturday to
Saturday, although other arrangements can be made if necessary. Please be aware
that an additional charge for midweek - midweek bookings may be required. |

Normal check-in time is 3.00 pm, check-out time 10.00 am - we
can be flexible on these times given reasonable notice |

|
Bed linen and towels are provided. The towels are for use only
in the apartment - please bring your own beach towels |

A deposit will be required to confirm a booking - The balance
will normally be due 6 weeks in advance of your stay. For late bookings these arrangements
can be ammended as may be appropriate. |

BUGANVILIA PRICES - are based on 4 persons sharing - there
will normally be an additional charge per each additional person if the party is for 5,6
or 7 persons. Please enquire for details or go to the prices page |

Electricity, gas etc are included in the rental price -
however a surcharge of £15 per week to cover central heating in BUGANVILIA ONLY will
normally be applied in the winter months of JANUARY to MARCH & NOV
